  • Full wedding planning and coordination includes the following:

  • Create and maintain Budget tracker

  • Help with wedding venue choice

  • Advice and assistance on ceremonies and legalities

  •  Wedding suppliers (photographer, videographer, band, DJ, florist, wedding dress , suits, shoes and accessories, attractions, car, hairdresser, makeup etc)

  • Ongoing contact with wedding vendors including:- date booking, price negotiation, contract signing and verification, set up on the day of the wedding, overseeing that all suppliers fulfil their requirements and financial settlements with vendors

  • Advice on wedding trends and themes

  • Presentation/Visualization of sample decoration as well as ceremony and reception set up

  • Assist with design of wedding invites

  • Assist with choice of wedding rings

  • Makeup, hair and nail styling for bride and groom where necessary

  • Bridesmaids and groomsmen styling

  • Choice of car

  • Organizing transportation for wedding guests to and from venue

  • Help with gifts/favours for wedding guests

  • Choice of first dance/individual dance lessons
